Coming out of "retirement" pads

I decided to go back to roller derby after a 6 year hiatus and needed new safety gear. My last set was Triple 8 and they never let me down so I knew that's what I'd be buying this time around. Super stoked about the awesome new colors... no more boring black for me!

BEST skate gear!

By far my favorite skate pads, they're durable and safe while still being comfy (and cute!). I have a Triple 8 helmet I love as well. I can see why these come so highly recommended all over the internet and all the gals I skate with use them. Worth every penny!!!!!

Classic pads, wish they were a little more durable

I've been buying these Sweatsaver pads for both my kids since they got on skateboards as toddlers. Great product. Only complaint, it's pretty easy for frequent use and velcro to wear through the fabric. Still, great pads!

Cute AND functional? Yes please!

As an adult returning to a childhood love of skating, I want to make sure my knees, wrists, and elbows are protected. The cute factor was a wish, not a need. With these pads I got both! In this week's skate lesson I had to kneel down to practice getting up if I fall. The pads under my knees felt like trampolines, no lie. So soft, so bouncy, so safe. The pros on reddit all said triple 8 is the brand for pads. They didn't lie!
