Found our that I got the wrong size for the knee pads, you guys quickly replaced it and allowed me to keep the old set. Everything was hassle free and the quality is great! I've fallen about 10 times now and the pads have been great, no scratches, bruises, or injury whatsoever

Daughter needed a new padding set after wearing out her first one from Triple 8. We chose a new design/color, but in the wrong size!
